Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure while adhering to established standards. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to technical research and innovation to enhance system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's Active Directory structure to ensure seamless user authentication and resource management.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments to ensure stability and security.

• Provide support and administration for systems running Windows 10, ensuring user productivity and system efficiency.

• Oversee the deployment, operation, and maintenance of Dell Technologies hardware to meet organizational needs.

• Administer Citrix technologies to facilitate secure and efficient remote access solutions.

• Implement and manage cloud-based services within Azure to optimize performance and scalability.

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, including Copilot, to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

• Conduct regular system updates, patches, and backups to safeguard data and maintain compliance.

• Collaborate with teams to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring smooth system operations.

• Research and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and improve infrastructure capabilities. Requirements • Proven experience working with Active Directory, including advanced configurations.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Windows 10 environments.

• Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware and systems.

• Proficiency in administering Citrix technologies for remote access solutions.

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and their implementation.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, such as Copilot, and their practical applications.

• Ability to perform system updates, backups, and security patches effectively.
