Description

Robert Half permanent placement is seeking a skilled Attorney to join our Conveyancing and Title Practice in Boston. This role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including title insurance, title review, and closing procedures. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law and a strong understanding of title and escrow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and clear commercial real estate titles.

+ Advise clients on title insurance and escrow matters.

+ Manage closing procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.

+ Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.

+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve title issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Licensed attorney in MA and good standing.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.

+ Expertise in title insurance, title review, and escrow management.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
