Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to perform inspections on water line and wastewater installation projects in Bristol, CT. The successful candidate will document inspection results in the electronic tracking system and work closely with a Senior Consultant to ensure quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct thorough inspections of water line and wastewater installation projects.
+ Document inspection results accurately in an electronic tracking system.
+ Collaborate closely with a Senior Consultant to support inspections and ensure project success.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in quality inspection and construction sites.
+ Proficiency in the MS Office Suite Applications.
+ Background in Construction or Civil Engineering.
+ Experience with inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ownership of a car or reliable means of transportation.
Work Environment
This role offers a flexible work environment with reimbursement of mileage at .67 per mile, covering more than just gas expenses. The position is part of a state-funded project, providing job security and opportunities for career advancement into other projects or the land surveying department after the project concludes in one year.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Shelton, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $24.00/hr.
