    **Job Title:** Process Machine Operator

    **Location:** Duryea, PA

    **Pay Rate:** $25.58 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Job Summary:

    The Process Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, adjustment, operation, and maintenance of machinery and materials to manufacture, coat, print, lap, polish, and drill glass or similar materials to specification. The operator must ensure safe production, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to company safety procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up, adjust, and operate machinery for processing glass or similar materials.

    + Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.

    + Drill, cut, edge, saw, polish, or grind glass as required.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

    + Maintain accurate production records and logs.

    + Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed footwear.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience and skill in operating process or production machinery.

    + Ability to read, write, and understand English.

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Requirements:

    + Must pass a background check and drug screening.

    + Must wear steel-toed footwear.

    + Must have prior experience relevant to this role.

    **Pay Details:** $25.58 per hour
