Ready to Coordinate, Collaborate, and Care (Without the Bedside Shift Life)?

We’re on the hunt for a compassionate, organized, and detail-loving **Nurse Coordinator** who’s ready to jump into a dynamic 26-week adventure for our client in Palo Alto, CA

This isn’t your typical nursing role — you won’t be doing direct patient care, but you _will_ be the go-to expert making sure patients get the right care, at the right time, in the right way. You'll coordinate care like a pro, educate and empower patients and families, and be an essential part of a team that thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting people through complex healthcare journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

+ Be the bridge between patients, providers, and the healthcare system.

+ Educate and prepare patients and their caregivers for procedures and care plans.

+ Use your critical thinking superpowers to assess, triage, and follow up.

+ Coordinate care across specialties and settings – you're the continuity champion.

+ Communicate clearly, advocate fiercely, and document like a boss.

+ Team up with clinic and inpatient staff to develop tools, training, and workflows.

+ Help patients navigate the wild world of healthcare with confidence and clarity.

+ Contribute to performance improvement projects (and maybe even start one!).

+ Embrace lifelong learning and help others grow, too.

    + Oh — and yes, there’s an on-call rotation (you’ve got this ).

What You Bring to the Table:

+ A **Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing** (or equivalent)

+ A current **Registered Nurse (RN) license** (in [Insert State] or compact licensure)

    + **BLS Certification** (a must!)

+ A strong background in clinical nursing with solid knowledge of care coordination

+ An eagle eye for detail, solid time management skills, and tech-savviness

+ The ability to explain complex medical stuff in everyday language

+ A love for patient education, advocacy, and helping people feel empowered

+ Team spirit, emotional intelligence, and a "let’s get it done" attitude

    Bonus Points If You:

+ Have experience in a specialized clinical area

+ Know your way around project development or staff training

+ Are passionate about quality improvement and patient outcomes
