**Description** : Design and implement omni-channel marketing and sales enablement strategies to increase the value perception of CVS Retail Pharmacy among B2B stakeholders and drive business growth of CVS Retail Pharmacy Health Solutions.
Responsibilities:
+ Design and deliver marketing campaigns, content, and initiatives across channels including digital (web, search), social media, email, thought leadership, events and sales enablement to increase brand perception, solution awareness, and lead generation
+ Develop solution and/or account-specific sales enablement content (pitch decks, topic power slides, 1-pager collateral) tailoring value proposition and CVS Retail Pharmacy client & member support performance to maximize value perception and meaningful competitive differentiation
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and external research and discovery of proof point support for prioritized content topics
+ Create website content block and news/short-form article expansion and refresh to incorporate new topics; manage liaison process with CVS internal or external creative agencies to execute.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative services, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across core channels.
+ Improve competitive intelligence insights (cross-functional engagement, incremental research where necessary) and work to incorporate into meaningful competitive differentiation of CVS Retail Pharmacy value proposition content
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and external research and discovery of proof point support for prioritized content topics
+ Analyze marketing tactic performance and content impact metrics such as website traffic/engagement, campaign reach/engagement/message impact, conversion rates, etc. using data-driven insights to support optimization of marketing strategies and tactics
+ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative strategies and tactics including into marketing plans to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
+ Develop relationships with leaders within cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and creative services, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals
Required qualifications
+ 7-10 years; Downstream / commercial marketing; Product management, Communications, Business consulting.
+ Compelling, data-based story telling
+ B2B Marketing and sales collateral development (digital, sales pitch deck / slide development; product materials, short to mid-length format content writing, thought leadership)
+ Adept at planning, execution of campaigns
+ Experience conducting market, competitive intelligence research.
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork in a matrixed work environment.
+ Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred qualifications
+ Healthcare or pharmacy related industry experience preferred.
**Education** :
+ Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, Preferred focus marketing, communications
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
