    Clinical Nurse (RN)- Cath Lab – 13-Week Contract

    **Location:** Palo Alto, CA/ Pleasanton, CA

    Are you a passionate and experienced **Registered Nurse** looking for a **short-term assignment** where your skills and compassion will be truly valued?

     

    We’re seeking a **Clinical Nurse (CN)** Cath Lab for a **13-week contract** at a top-tier healthcare facility in California.     What You’ll Do

     

    As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Delivering **hands-on, compassionate care** in alignment with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards

    + Performing all aspects of the **nursing process** : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation

    + Partnering with patients and families to create individualized care plans that respect cultural values and goals

    + Teaching patients and families how to **manage care and prevent complications**

    + Monitoring and responding to patient conditions and initiating emergency protocols when necessary

    + Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, safe, and efficient care

    + Supporting and mentoring fellow staff as a **preceptor, educator, or subject-matter expert**

    + Prioritizing patient safety and continuous improvement in clinical practices and unit workflow

    + Participating in unit meetings, shared governance activities, and ongoing professional development

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)** preferred

    License & Certification (Required):

    + **Active California RN License (CA-RN)**

    + **BLS – Basic Life Support** (AHA required)

    Skills & Abilities:

    + Strong communication skills in English

    + Ability to quickly assess and respond to clinical situations

    + Detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to **patient-centered care**

    + Proficient with modern healthcare technology and documentation systems

    + Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in supporting clinical operations

     

    Pay Range for this opportunity is: $46.50 to $100.00 per hour DOE
