    Job Title: Project Superintendent Job Description

     

    We are seeking a Project Superintendent for our Las Vegas operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the full scope of construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements. The role involves supervising and coordinating contractors and trades to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee pre-construction meetings and coordinate temporary facilities.

    + Develop and implement safety plans.

    + Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure adherence to QA/QC programs.

    + Supervise jobsite efforts and conduct weekly safety meetings.

    + Record time and unit and maintain regular communication with the Project Manager.

    + Handle daily scheduling, manpower management, and city inspections.

    + Manage document administration and punch list completion in Procore.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.

    + Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, scheduling, and cost control.

    + OSHA 30 certification required.

    + Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining profitability and safety.

    + Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficient in interpreting design and construction documents and contracts.

    + Familiarity with LEAN, BIM, and sustainability practices.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Procore, project management platforms, and scheduling software.

    + Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

    + Experience in hotel renovation and public works projects.

    + Knowledge of vertical construction and ground-up projects.

    + Carpentry skills.

    Work Environment

    This position is onsite at various jobsites with a decent amount of projects in the pipeline, including public works like fire stations or hotel remodel/renovations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with specific start and end times to be determined. The position is salaried.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.
