Job Title: Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing professional accounts, and fostering positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. You will work in a hybrid capacity, combining customer support and account management to deliver high-touch service and strategic engagement for professional accounts, including salons and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

+ Maintain support interactions daily while ensuring professional service and accurate records.

+ Provide onboarding and ongoing check-ins with assigned professional accounts.

+ Manage salon/spa or professional accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and satisfaction.

+ Identify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collections.

+ Troubleshoot application issues and ensure product usage compliance and education.

+ Monitor account health and communicate trends or concerns.

+ Maintain CRM data hygiene and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

+ Customer service experience.

+ Call center experience.

+ Sales skills.

+ 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a client-facing support role.

+ Experience handling inbound calls while managing a book of business.

+ Familiarity with Syspro (ERP), Shopify (ecommerce), Salesforce (ticketing and live chat), Yotpo (reviews and loyalty), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of the professional nail/cosmetics industry preferred.

Work Environment

You will work in a cosmetics manufacturing facility, primarily focused on nail polish. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Start times can begin as early as 7 am and end by 5 pm. After 90 days, you will earn one remote workday per week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chandler, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
