A Snapshot of Your Day
This role involves providing customer support to utility and industrial clients across the United States and internationally. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with customers, purchasing teams, contract administrators, and warehouse personnel. The primary objective is to deliver exceptional service with a focus on spare parts fulfillment. The position emphasizes maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that materials and services are delivered on time and in accordance with customer specifications and expectations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Working daily with customers, providing solutions to technical problems, troubleshooting and identifying the appropriate parts needed for replacement.
+ Coordinate all proposal activities for Siemens Energy GT Service parts with a focus on Voltage Regulators.
+ Communicating daily with different team members to provide customer support.
+ Coordinate activities during the preparation of quote documents describing the technical, financial and legal aspect of the part's quote.
+ Prepare and review technical documentation, including maintenance reports, Bill of Materials, and Drawings.
What You Bring
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience or at least 5+ years of experience in the electrical field without the degree.
+ Ability to set and manage customer priorities in a timely manner.
+ SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively across various functions and departments
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
