Job Requisition: REQ3885 Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evenings Hours Per Week: 36 hrs week
Hiring Range : $18.39 --$24.59
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities: • Aids with movement and placement of patients. • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records. • Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
• High school diploma/GED required Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
