What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This is a remote position with regular travels to Zimmer Biomet Warsaw site.

How You'll Create Impact

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.

+ Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.

+ Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.

+ Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.

+ Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.

+ Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.

+ Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

+ Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.

+ Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Your Background

+ 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner

+ Experience as consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes

+ Fluency in English and Spanish language

+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software

Travel Expectations

10-20%

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 with an added bonus structure.
