Description
This job contributes to the company's success by leading the development of assigned business units' inventory forecasts, which drive the planning processes that support the attainment of sales forecasts and established customer service objectives.

• Day-to-day task support

Daily Responsibilities:
• Sets inventory strategies and service level strategies; recommends optimum inventory levels and provides options to trade off cost vs. service level targets
• Partners with cross-functional teams to create strategies and implement assortment plan changes that reduce waste and increase margin
• Identifies opportunities to improve store sales and implements appropriate inventory strategies through analysis, and recommends store-focused solutions to meet store sales and financial targets
• Uses experience, insights, and data to anticipate trend shifts and put preventative measures in place
• Coordinates with others in response to multiple, competing demands to ensure work is completed promptly
• Understands the necessary audience, including leaders, and tailors communication to promote collaborative responses
• Gathers inputs from cross-functional teams to craft collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex situations

Degree or certifications required?:
• 4-year degree in supply chain or related business field
Years of experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain and planning environment

• Knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment planning
• Store allocation processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
