Job Title: Securities Administrative Services Analyst 2

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for extracting bond and loan calculations from large legal documents and uploading them into a database. You will manage large loan portfolios, some exceeding $1 billion, and oversee transactions, balance daily cash, and report on monthly and quarterly cash positions for loan holders and investors. Accuracy in pulling client data from documents is crucial. Strong Excel skills are essential, and basic Access knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

+ Extract bond and loan calculations from legal documents.

+ Upload data into an Access-like database.

+ Manage large loan portfolios and oversee transactions.

+ Balance daily cash and report on monthly and quarterly cash positions.

+ Ensure accuracy by pulling client data from documents.

Essential Skills

+ BS/BA degree or higher in Math, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sort, formulas, and functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is a bonus.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics.

Work Environment

Candidates will train in the office and then transition to a hybrid schedule that includes both office and home work. The department consists of approximately 40 people, and candidates will be paired on deals with Senior Analysts and Account Managers for support. This position offers opportunities for growth, with the possibility to advance to Analyst 3 and eventually Analyst 4.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
