Job Title: Account Representative

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $26.45 - $31.25 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 7 am to 5 pm

Job Duties:

+ Responsible for providing overall sales support to President, VP of Sales, and selected sales team members as well as the responsibility for assigned EKSP customer accounts.

+ Provide sales support for President and VP of Sales, including creating reports and inventory lists, completing customer quotations, entering Job control Documents

+ Regular communication with President and VP of Sales and assigned customer accounts

+ Aid selected sales team members in areas of order entry, reports/lists, customer communication

+ Assist with customer drawings of cut parts for steel plate processing quotations per customer drawings or customer approved EKSP drawing based on customer description.

+ Communication with sales team leader and salespeople regarding customer drawings as needed.

+ Ensure that all customer orders are given prompt attention and recognize the priorities to enable accurate scheduling consistent with customer demand, customer satisfaction, and EKSP objectives.

+ Assist and participate in material sales.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Excellent oral and written communications skills

+ Good problem-solving skills and strong initiative / “can do” attitude

+ Good interpersonal skills, phone manners and the ability to work with others

+ Good organizational, planning and time management skills

+ Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

+ Ability to read and decipher blueprints, a plus

+ Prior experience with DraftSight, and/or ProNest is a plus, but not required

Education & Experience:

• Recent College Grads welcome to apply

• Or, prior experience with a construction or engineering firm
