Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.

• Tools: Proficiency in Jira is required for writing detailed stories

• Agile Expertise: Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and a proven ability to write clear, technically-focused user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Analytical Mindset: A natural problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at dissecting complex technical problems to identify the core issue.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility strategic program.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
