    Are you a driven and experienced Technical Product Manager with a passion for CRM and the Markets business? We are seeking a leader at the Executive Director level to join our team. In this role, you'll thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, while having the opportunity to shape the future of CRM platforms within the Markets business.

    Job Summary:

    As an Executive Director in Digital Markets, Markets CRM Product team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the core building blocks of our CRM Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our Markets business from a stability and performance perspective. This role focuses on managing the Platform element of the CRM Product and reports directly to the Head of CRM Markets Product.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead the strategic development and management of the Core Platform/Product container, ensuring seamless integration with other product components.

    + Define and implement advanced system entitlements, visibility rules, and user preferences to enhance platform functionality.

    + Develop and maintain a sophisticated user persona framework to tailor the CRM experience to diverse user needs.

    + Drive the development of mobile capabilities to ensure accessibility and usability across devices.

    + Integrate AI/LLM frameworks to enhance the platform's intelligence and automation capabilities, while safeguarding against hallucinations and ensuring that only data accessible to the LLM is surfaced in line with visibility rules.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform development with business objectives and user requirements.

    + Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of platform features and enhancements.

    + Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

    + Ensure system up-times and reliability meet prescribed standards by implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems.

    + Monitor API and UI performance to ensure optimal user experience and system efficiency.

    + Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential issues proactively.

    + Develop a federated platform model that allows other teams to contribute, ensuring scalability and innovation.

    + Define and enforce technical and UX standards that contributors must comply with to maintain platform consistency and quality.

    + Create and implement a governance model to ensure adherence to established standards and facilitate seamless collaboration across teams.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Demonstrate substantial experience in Technical Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.

    + Possess in-depth understanding of the Markets business and CRM systems.

    + Exhibit strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform components.

    + Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    + Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    + Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development.

    + Experience working in technology and/or a strong understanding of technical architecture.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Experience in CRM systems and integration of advanced technologies such as AI/LLM.

    + Leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation in product development.

    + Expertise in system reliability, performance monitoring, and optimization of APIs and UIs.

    + Experience in developing federated platform models and establishing governance frameworks for multi-team collaboration.

    + Strong background in technology with a deep understanding of technical architecture and system design.
