Clinical Care Coordinator Manager — a dynamic role that blends healthcare administration, academic support, and patient care coordination in a vibrant educational setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Oversee patient care within the Comprehensive Care Unit (CCU), supporting 30–32 dental students and managing a caseload of ~1,400 active patients.
+ Ensure timely patient follow-ups and monthly visits for those in active treatment.
+ Coordinate student progress meetings and assist in tracking clinical competencies and essential experiences.
+ Manage student schedules, fill open slots due to cancellations, and coordinate urgent care appointments.
+ Support academic operations by maintaining calendars, updating curriculum documents, and managing course grades and evaluations.
+ Collaborate with faculty to tag and track exam questions, schedule and proctor make-up exams, and prepare end-of-course reports.
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience (dental or clinical setting preferred)
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work cross-functionally with faculty, students, and staff

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
