We are looking for:
To provide support to the Quality Assurance and the Technical Department. Coordinate, prepare and ship requested samples to customers (hazardous and non-hazardous). This includes urgent microbiological samples that are sent to the Syensqo Bristol Micro Lab and third-party Eurofins testing lab.
We count on you for:
+ Maintain/implement ISO records for Technical Group (this includes QA, Administration, Technical, Quality Manual, Safety Records and P&ID’s)
+ Coordinate, prepare and ship lab and customer requested product samples.
+ IATA certified for shipping hazmat samples.
+ Certified to ship biological substances for genetic identifications as part of site Microbiological program
+ BIP requisitioning requested lab, technical supplies, sample supplies, janitorial consumables, PPE supplies and services.
+ Maintain inventory levels for PPE and packaging supplies (including sampling containers for Operations/Warehouse). This includes management of the site safety P-Card and submitting monthly expense reports.
+ Assisting the site Health and Safety Manager in managing the site respirator testing program by completing onsite employee testing.
+ Maintain manufacturing procedures, temporary process amendments via database and LAN access.
+ Clerical support for Quality Assurance and Technical Group.
+ Back up Operations Clerk in their absence (SAP, drum labels, etc.)
+ Back up Administrative Coordinator in their absence (payroll)
HS&E Responsibilities:

+ Be aware of your state of mind (rushing, frustration, fatigue & complacency) that leads to distractions from the task on hand. Those distractions lead to errors resulting in unwanted incidents.
+ Use all the available tools for your benefits: HS&E training, SafeTrack Observations, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, checklists, and Manufacturing Excellence tools.
+ Job completion means Good Housekeeping, filling necessary reports, and watching for your safety and those around you.
+ Your Personal Protective Equipment is the most important tool you have as a professional chemical industry worker. Maintain and clean it properly.

You will bring:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Good computer skills with working knowledge of Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
+ Competent on or able to learn SAP
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities
+ Maintain IATA certification to ship hazardous samples
+ Maintain shipping biological substances certification
+ Knowledgeable with ISO Certification
You will get:
+ Competitive salary and benefits package
+ The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
+ 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
