Ensuring Flawless Execution: Produce precise mechanicals, lay out artwork, and prepare files for suppliers while ensuring designs meet industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Mastering the Details: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all designs are error-free and meet our high-quality standards.

Innovating and Adapting: Stay current on industry trends, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and proactively solve potential roadblocks.

Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced designer with a minimum of 4 years in graphic or packaging design and a strong portfolio that showcases your work. You're a forward-thinking individual who thrives on creativity and collaboration.

Required Skills:

Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dimension).

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of printing processes, deco treatments, pantones, and foils.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on aesthetics and a meticulous approach to your work.

Experience with TAG or ESKO software is a definite plus.
