    Job Title: Operations Manger

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for supporting projects and supervising and coordinating the activities of the facilities team, the Operations Manager works alongside the Facility Manager, ensuring process and procedures are established and understood within the EFS and client teams.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Under the supervision of the Facility Manager:

    + Lead, coach, and mentor assigned non-exempt employees in order to drive growth and development; Cross-functionally lead and partner with members of the account team, procurement, finance, HR, and the EMCOR Field Organization (dedicated and nondedicated) in order to accomplish site objectives

    + Identify areas for continuous improvement across the site, implementing new processes and/or technology as needed

    + Oversee vendor performance and service delivery of services such as landscape, snow removal, pest control, fire protection, and subcontracted HVAC services

    + Engage in active communication with Kimberly Clark Facility and Project Team, EFS Account Team and Field Organization

    + Lead, coordinate and facilitate all special customer projects or events including but not limited to catastrophe-relief and accreditation requirements

    + Identify any safety-related issues and report to Facility Manager immediately

    Qualifications:

    + BA Degree Preferred

    + 3-5 years in Facility Management

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspond accordingly. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization

    + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
