As a Senior Materials Representative – Cycle Counting, you’ll play a key role in our Materials Operations team, ensuring the accuracy of inventory and cycle counts across our facilities. From preparing and organizing for cycle counts to reconciling variances, you’ll help maintain smooth material flows and reliable reporting—all critical to keeping production on track.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Inventory Management & Accuracy
+ Prepare and organize areas for inventory cycle counts; consolidate parts, ensure FIFO rotation, and verify receipts and scrap.
+ Perform cycle counts across buildings, off-site warehouses, and yard inventory.
+ Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using strong problem-solving skills.
+ Conduct yard checks to ensure trailer records are accurate in Trackx.
+ Develop, audit, and manage SOPs to improve accuracy in inventory transactions.
+ Play a key role in annual physical inventory.
+ Support lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate shipments with the materials team and validate incoming shipments for accuracy.
Tracking & Stakeholder Collaboration
+ Partner with materials teams to strengthen the cycle count program.
+ Report counts and maintain detailed, accurate records.
+ Communicate disruptions or inventory issues to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
+ Support additional cycle counting initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ An associate degree or actively pursuing in business or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative, be organized, & problem solve
+ Duties and hours may change based on the need of the business
+ Experience using Oracle, Trackx, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
+ Working experience in inventory control type function
+ Knowledge of parts identification, part processes and procedures
+ Ability to become ERP Superuser
+ Attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills
