Overview

Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a **Facility Administrator or Senior Facility Administrator** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.

The **Facility Administrator or Senior Facility Administrato** r coordinates and administers a variety of facility specific activities. Identifies, enhances and follows processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, offices and/or business support services.

Responsibilities

+ Acts as point of contact to initiate and implement infrastructure repair and upgrades including, but not limited to HVAC, lighting, roofing, and telecommunications for Buildings, as well as roads and grounds within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Acts as Program Administrator and point of contact for Physical Security Lock and Key Program including, but not limited to interior and exterior doorknob/lock repair, replacement, and control within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Acts as point of contact for all work performed through the UPC within the assigned Facility(s) to include infrastructure upgrades, roofing repairs, and paving

+ Acts as point of contact and STR liaison for all sub-contracted services within the assigned Facility(s) to include, but not limited to cleaning, floor care, port-a-let servicing, and water bottle racks

+ Acts as point of contact for replacement of non-working appliances contained in Buildings within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Acts as point of contact for personnel housing including, but not limited to personnel movement, furniture and related equipment moves, as well as improvement to existing workspace within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Acts as point of contact to initiate and implement pesticide services for Buildings within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Acts as point of contact to initiate and implement herbicide services for grounds within the assigned Facility(s)

+ Administrator for and contributor to the Facility(s) for ad-hoc projects and programs

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and experience relevant to the job’s function; or

+ High School Diploma or GED and a combination of secondary education and/or experience relevant to the job’s function

+ Comprehensive understanding of the assigned facility processes and infrastructure.

Minimum Pay

USD $82,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $139,000.00/Yr.
