Your Role: Electrical Superintendent
As an Electrical Superintendent at Fountain Services, you will oversee multiple electrical crews and foremen across large-scale or concurrent projects. You’ll be responsible for site leadership, execution coordination, mentorship, quality assurance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance across all assigned job sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the on-site installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
• Coordinate project execution with project managers and foremen
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
• Plan work layouts and schedules in collaboration with project teams
• Assist with communication between project managers and site leadership
• Communicate and plan with GCs, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
• Mentor and train developing leaders and foremen
• Track project progress and documentation using Procore and internal leaderboard systems
• Ensure site-wide compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Lead multiple crews (6–10 personnel each), guiding all field operations
Minimum Requirements
• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• 4+ years in a supervisory role (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar)
• Proven experience managing multiple foremen and crews
• Experience with large jobs ($1M+ preferred) or managing multiple smaller concurrent projects
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate of a certified apprenticeship, trade school, or technical training program
• OSHA certification, Journeyman License, or equivalent credentials
• Proficient with Procore and construction documentation software
• Experience working in multi-trade environments and fast-paced construction sites
• Referral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional)
