• **Overall** **Mission:**

**-** Be instrumental in supporting the day to day business

needs to help deliver all financial metrics for your area

• **Sample Management**

- In charge of getting samples/images to Holly Point

based on planner date deadlines

- Enter photo shoot asks for "on figure" and laydowns

for each quarter on a pre-pro sheet.

• **Advertising**

**-** Enter all Demand tec offers (anything related to

marketing

• **Flow** **Charts/ Schematics**

**-** After every quarterly finalization make sure they are

kept up to date with any new purchases

• **Vendor** **Email Questions**

**-** Make sure all vendor questions are answered or point

them in right direction. Ask questions if needed to get

the correct answer

• **PO** **Tracking**

**-** Includes domestic and import orders

- Surface any issues to Category Merchant in a timely manner

- Resolve DC Holds in a timely manner

• **Global** **Sourcing Tracker**

**-** Responsible to fill in all pink colored columns

• **Comp** **Shop- Quarterly Form**

**-** Based on IMC Calendar, comp shop direct competitors

with pictures and fill out form. Present to team your

findings

• **BRM's**

**-** Recap marketing to the team on what upcoming ads

we have and any other pertinent information

-Review best and worse sellers

• **Store** **communication**

**-** Submit any communication given to you by Assoc

merchant in to MPO

Minimum Requirements:

+ Education: High school or GED required, College Degree preferred

+ Experience: Retail experience is preferred

+ Job Related Skills: Proven track record in priority setting and managing multiple tasks and strong written and communication skills with excellent organizational skills. Applicant must have high attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools – Excel, Word, etc. is required
