    We are seeking an experienced **Deskside Services Technician** with Desktop Support experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing technical support in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems. The candidate will contribute to optimizing system performance and enhancing user experience aligning with our company's mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions.

    In this role, you will:

    + Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.

    + Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

    + Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

    + Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

    + Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and support activities.

    + Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical needs.

    + Support remote work environments ensuring connectivity and access to necessary resources.

    + Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

    + Provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices.

    + Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

    + Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in desktop support.

    What you’ll need to succeed:

    + Possess a strong understanding of desktop support and remote work technologies.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

    + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Have experience in a hybrid work model supporting both in-office and remote users.

    + Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Display knowledge of IT policies procedures and best practices.

    + Hold a relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
