Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with stakeholder management.
+ Ability to influence through strong relationship management, business expertise and data knowledge to manage a complex set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders.
+ Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Staffing, etc.) without direct authority.
+ Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both an individual contributor and within a large cross-functional team.
+ Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction (e.g., spreadsheet modeling).
+ Excellent problem-solving and strategic skills, combined with strong business acumen.

The TI Central Planning and Reporting Finance team is growing rapidly with ample opportunities to grow and advance your career.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral finance partner to the rapidly growing TI Teams. You will collaborate with all levels of the organization to optimize investment and manage the growth of infrastructure around the globe. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the latest technology, the infrastructure business and its underlying economic fundamentals. You will use your problem solving and modeling skills to help drive capital investment decisions, reduce risks, and make resource trade-offs while enabling agility for the business. You will also partner with other Finance, Accounting, and Business/Product teams to ensure a holistic approach for decision making, regulatory compliance, accurate analytics, reporting, and efficient data collection. You will work with executive management across Finance and the business to drive key metrics and improve financial insight and practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate and lead headcount projects/programs with TI Strategy Operations and TI Business Partners (e.g., strategy planning, zero based budgeting, resource optimization).
+ Manage and govern hiring lead-times, level, location, or role ratios, and allocations.
+ Develop, partner, or execute on organization level decisions. Tooling to provide insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Program manage team's deliverables.
+ Support TI Finance leadership on critical initiatives. Advise junior team members.
+ Own overall headcount and location projections and guide Staffing, Human Resources, and Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS). Interface with internal TI Finance, Product Area Finance, and Accounting teams regarding TI Headcount.
