    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

    + 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.

    + Experience with SQL.

    + Experience with data visualization and presentations.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + MBA or Master's degree.

    + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).

    + Experience in project management, including status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation and project documentation with the ability to remove roadblocks, anticipate issues, manage time and follow work plans.

    + Experience in problem-solving to report on data, identify root causes and propose solutions with the ability to manipulate and analyze financial data sets.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills for engaging with executive management, along with investigative abilities and focus on continuous improvement with attention to detail.

You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports.     You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

     

    As a Data Analyst in the Revenue Operations team, you will drive data-informed decisions by analyzing large datasets, building dashboards and automating processes. You will serve as the go-to-expert for revenue related data, lead accounting processes from end-to-end, reconcile accounts and support internal and external financial reporting.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities:

    + Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of key business metrics

    + Identify inefficiencies in processes and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to automate and streamline revenue recognition.

    + Serve as a steward of data quality within revenue systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data errors and inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.

    + Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new or changing processes to safeguard financial integrity.

    + Provide financial records, supporting documentation, and process walk-through to auditors.
