POSITION SUMMARY:

Working with Market and Site Leadership, the Project Manager will support the identification, coordination, implementation, execution, and tracking of specific market-wide growth and performance improvement strategies integrally linked to the budget and Strategic Quality Plan (SQP). The Project Manager is responsible for managing improvement projects, processes and initiatives based on direction set forth by Bon Secours Mercy Health. The Project Manager must support the Mission of Bon Secours Mercy Health and exhibit a passion for Catholic Health Care. Individual is a values-based person who will uphold the Mission as evidenced by integrity, people sensitivity, respect for others, collaboration, willingness to share and teach others, a commitment to quality, and excellence in all endeavors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

+ Knowledge of healthcare reform, statistical process control, and financial and project management normally acquired through a Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare related field or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ Years’ progressive experience in healthcare administration and project management.

+ Previous experience with word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, databases, and presentation software.

+ Professional writing needed to draw up formal proposals for executive leadership.

+ Work requires strong team building and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with multiple parties.

+ Work requires a high level of data analysis and problem-solving skills necessary in order to plan, organize, and coordinate programs.

+ Work requires high levels of interpersonal and customer relations skills; flexibility and organizational skills required.

+ Work requires skill in researching, analyzing, and compiling data.

+ Strong planning, problem solving, and judgment skills required.

+ Six Sigma Green Belt, Facilitative Leadership, LEAN Process Improvement certifications preferred.

+ Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Microsoft Project, Healthstream, SharePoint, and HBI
