Overview
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
What You Can Expect:
+ Working in the new Capitol Gateway location Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
+ Full Time, salaried and fully benefitted role
+ Responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, facilitating therapeutic groups, providing individual therapy, and discharge planning
+ This role emphasizes group therapy, curriculum development, and ongoing reassessment to ensure appropriate level of care/medical necessity for IOP level of care
+ In house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually and Education Funding ($1000 annually)
+ Weekday shifts
Qualifications:
+ Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
+ Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification and hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
