    The opportunity

     

    Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas,. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including back of house and public areas, in accordance with the Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

    Pay

    $19.00 - $21.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including walls, floors, kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, and server stations.

    + Maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner.

    + Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

    + Maintain daily documentation on cleaning of all equipment.

    More about you

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain state gaming license.

    + Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required.

    + Previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.

    + Working knowledge of cleaning utensils, equipment, and fixtures.

    + Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow directions.

    + Guest service oriented with ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

    + Knowledge of proper sanitizing and cleaning techniques.

    Physical requirements

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently.

    + Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.

    + Use of ladder and step stool.

    + Standing and walking for extended periods.

    + Exposure to fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals.

    + Occasional work in outside weather conditions or wet/humid environments.

    + Moderate to loud noise levels.

    + Able to work in a smokey environment.
