Western Behavioral Health's Comprehensive Recovery Services (CRS) Program is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Outpatient Treatment team! We primarily treat clients ages 18-65 with significant mental illness (SMI) such as Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders and Bipolar Disorder. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that clients receive a high level of care throughout the course of their treatment. This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team and work in collaboration with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other support team members! We provide both in-person and telehealth, individual and group therapy services, along with medication management.
LPC and LCSW Licensure Supervision Available!
This is a Monday - Friday position working 8:30am to 5pm.
Our Behavioral Health Therapist is eligible for a Sign on Bonus!!
1-year work commitment--$5,000
2-year work commitment--$7,000
3-year work commitment--$10,000
Responsibilities:
+ Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
+ Completes same-day clinical documentation and provides necessary information for service authorization.
+ Reviews cases and patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team.
+ Assesses and updates patient needs and treatment plans.
+ Conducts new patient assessments under supervision and implements treatment models.
+ Provides individual and group therapy, engages families, and educates patients on recovery.
+ Documents all patient interactions and case management activities.
+ Discusses additional service needs with the clinical team and makes referrals as needed.
+ Participates in treatment team meetings to review and update treatment plans.
+ Maintains daily clinical productivity records.
+ Creates comprehensive treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. (Successfully completed the educational requirements as defined in practicing state's code)

One year of clinical experience preferred.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Passed the examination required by 49.11. relating to licensure examination Must sign a license agreement and be actively working to obtain the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Licensed Family Marriage Therapist (LMFT) within 30 months of hire.

Act 33 with renewal
