About the Role: We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. In this role, you’ll conduct student evaluations, design personalized therapy plans, and deliver services that help students thrive academically and socially. You’ll play a vital part in supporting students’ development and independence, while collaborating with educators and families to create meaningful progress.

Position Details:

+ Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ End Date: June 5, 2026

+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week

Local Pay Details:

+ Hourly Rate: $65-70 per hour

Travel Package Details:

+ Eligibility: Travel packages are available to individuals who live 50+ miles from the on-site work location

+ Weekly Housing Stipend: $,1302

+ Weekly Meal Stipend: $602

+ Weekly Travel Stipend: $3,129

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

+ Provide direct therapy services in alignment with each student’s care plan

+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

+ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

To practice as an Occupational Therapist in California, candidates must:

+ Hold a degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program

+ Pass the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) exam

+ Obtain licensure through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)

+ Maintain compliance with all California state regulations for school-based practice

General Qualifications:

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California

+ One year of professional OT experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening and health certificate (as required by contract or regulation)

+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
