Job Description

+ Facilitates the trading, pricing and execution of capital markets transactions. Manages risk within all applicable limits.

+ Coordinates the execution of capital markets transactions by providing pricing and executing trades within assigned limits.

+ Performs risk analyses and portfolio/position management, market, financial analyses and/or due diligence using independent judgement on key indicators. Produces reports related to the bank's position and trading activity.

+ Works with internal partners in developing pitches, providing client relationship support and pricing client structures.

+ Monitors and develops advanced industry, client, product, market and regulatory knowledge. Maintains high proficiency with all tools, systems and other resources. Initiates process improvement solutions.

DCM (Loan Syndications & Equipment Finance) – SIE, Series 79, Series 7, and 63 within 120 days of employment. Derivatives – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. FIG – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Fixed Income – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Foreign Exchange – SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of employment. Fixed Income (Tax-Exempt): Municipal Trading and Underwriting – SIE, Series 52 and 63 (or Series 7, if taken prior to 11/7/2011, is acceptable in lieu of Series 52) within 90 days of employment. Municipal Sales – SIE, Series 7 or 52, and 63 within 90 days of employment. ESOP - SIE, 63 and 79 within 120 days of employment. Other appropriate licenses (e.g. supervisory licenses) may be required at the discretion of the manager.
