    Work school hours! The Katherine Thomas School, a program of TLC in Rockville, MD has an opportunity for a full-time 10- month Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) beginning with the current school year. KTS services students in preschool through high school grades with language, learning, sensory motor disabilities and/or high functioning autism. 8:30-4:15. EOE

     

    The position is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students who exhibit communication learning problems related to speech, pragmatic language and autism. Small caseloads and great IDT experience.

     

    Rate of pay is $65,000 to $80,000 for the 10 months, DOE

    Required Experience for the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):

    + Maryland Speech License or be eligible at the time of hire

    + Master's in Speech Pathology, Speech and Hearing or equivalent program

    + Experience in Augmentative systems, Visualizing and Verbalizing and Social Thinking is a plus
