Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
+ Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies.
+ Ability to do simple math/solve simple equation.
+ Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Delivery Driver Duties:
+ Load and secure products onto the delivery vehicle.
+ Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries.
+ Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Expedite and react to customer no stock and low stock situations.
+ Obtain delivery confirmations and handle any delivery-related paperwork.
+ Ability to use handheld scanning device.
+ Ability to convert scanned orders to sales orders.
+ Communicate customer complaints or requests to customer service and the account manager.
+ Maintain and organize and cleanliness at customer facilities
+ Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
+ Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.**
+ **Previous experience in a warehouse and/or delivery role is highly preferred but will train right candidate.**
+ Ability to lift heavy objects (42 lbs. or less the majority of the time but up to 75 lbs. on occasion) and perform physical tasks as needed.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Basic computer and math skills for inventory management.
+ **Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).**
Professional Skills:
+ Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Previous route service experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $20.00
Work Hours: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday
