    The person in this job will complete or oversee a variety of research and analysis assignments for the purpose of evaluating and assessing UIA’s activities and services delivery. The analyst in this position performs UI data queries, analyses the data, and prepares program activity reports for internal and external stakeholders. The analyst assists in the collection, processing, and verification of data. This position supports in UI data query and preparation for the analysis and the preparation of narrative reports and data visualizations such as dashboards. Compiles information necessary for UI workload projections and impact evaluation of policy changes on the UIA Trust Fund. Assists with USDOL mandated Data Validation activities, including identification of IT related reporting issues; establishment of new program reporting requirements; testing automated system changes; and making recommendations for reporting improvements.

    Vacation and Sick Leave:Eligible full-time employees receive between15 and 35 personal daysand 13 sick daysper year that may be rolled over to the following year if not used. Eligible employees also receive an additional day each year for community service or school functions.

     

    Paid Parental Leave:Eligible employees can take 12 weeks of paid leaveimmediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.
