Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the creative direction for our consumer product lines, establishing a vision and bringing it to life through execution. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to shape the brand identity and storytelling of our innovative hardware and software solutions. You will lead talented teams of designers to produce high quality, impactful, and engaging content that maintains consistency with the brand identity while resonating with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct brand studies to identify consumer perceptions of the key strengths of brands and areas of emphasis
• Develop a strategy for leveraging AI in generating and improving the quality and consistency of design assets
• Oversee the creation of digital content, visual assets, and design guidelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies relevant and impactful.
• Present creative concepts and design strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of developing creative strategies and brand guidelines for consumer markets.
• Experience conducting brand studies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and implementing change.
• Proven experience selecting AI design tools, implementing the solutions, and utilizing them to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across a design organization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating of work with both hardware and software products.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Design, or Marketing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and storytelling techniques.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms.
• Bilingual Mandarin
Benefits
Salary Range: $215,000 - $250,000
