As the Service Quality Manager, come and be **r** esponsible for implementation, execution and maintenance of ISO 17025 based quality management system for the WW customer service organization.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance to customer requirements, registrar requirements, and the adherence to the requirements of the ISO/ IEC 17025.
• Management of a global documentation system specific to the service organization.
• Management of a global QMS training and competency program for the service organization.
• Management of the internal audit program. Ensuring coverage for all global sites.
• Service Corrective Action Review Board Facilitator
• Hosting and facilitation of external audits. Management of CAPA
• Responsible for generation and deployment of quality metrics.
• Primary contact for U.S. North America accreditation, representing Tektronix.
• Representing Tektronix Service to NCSL International and GIDEP.
• Focal point for customer related calibration RFP, RFQ responses working with service sales.
Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.
• 2 years of experience leading quality management system.
• Experience in test methods and military standards.
• Familiar with operations of laboratories.
• Experience with Problem Solving methods: PSP, 5-Why, 8-D

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
