We are seeking a HR Specialist - People Relations (HR Generalist) to join our talented Human Resources team in Johnson Creek, WI.

This position is responsible for supporting our employees and business. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across the business to ensure precise and efficient HR operations inlcuding assisting with the entire employee life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.

Role & Responsibility

General

+ Primary HR contact for employees.

+ Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

+ Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.

+ Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.

+ Support across areas of HR Operations.

People Relations

+ Implement strategies for positive employer-employee relationships, enhancing organizational effectiveness.

+ Collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.

+ Advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.

Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

Travel required: < 10%
