Job Summary
Able to support the management of the organization’s third-party due diligence and exclusion/debarment policies and procedures that incorporate applicable legal standards. Partners with a variety of stakeholders to embed third-party requirements and controls into projects, agreements and business processes. Responds to inquiries from business regarding third party compliance requirements applicable to activities including assistance with transactions. Works with the Government Relations team and business to provide guidance regarding appropriate interactions with government officials and healthcare providers. Day-to-day management of third-party screening systems.
In addition:
+ Provides review and guidance relating to business courtesies, gifts and hospitality
+ Manage system and process for third party due diligence screening against sanctions, addressing identified concerns, and ensuring ongoing risk monitoring and mitigation.
+ Manage program with third party vendor to screen team members for exclusion/debarment screening as required by OIG guidance.
+ Provide support and guidance to corporate functions including Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Government Affairs and Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities
+ Assists in developing and executing the enterprise-wide ABAC Compliance Program strategy, including oversight, management, implementation, and continuous improvement of third party due diligence platform and process. Serves as a strategic business partner to foster a culture of ABAC compliance cross-functionally and advises internal business partners on compliance-related issues or queries.
+ Supports and provides project management to legal compliance audit function and risk assessment process, including audit planning, business unit communication, and remediation development and tracking. Serves as lead on technology platform for audit execution, remediation tracking, and audit records retention.
+ Assists in preparing reports of monitoring and analytics data and relevant ABAC metrics for senior leadership, including Global Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and the Audit Committee.
+ Supports ongoing development and implementation of the ABAC compliance training and communication plans; supports investigations, trainings, monitoring and policy rollouts globally.
+ Remains current with emerging regulations and trends through review of publications, participation in industry associations and liaison with counsel and business partners. Ensures the appropriate dissemination and communication of regulation, policy, and guideline changes to affected personnel.
+ Assists with and participates in developing, amending and implementing policies, procedures, manuals, systems and training, where appropriate due to changes in Regulatory or industry practice or otherwise. Creates and maintain detailed documentation of ABAC Compliance Program processes, starting from inception through implementation/execution
+ Assists with other legal compliance initiatives, as needed.

External Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a Corporate Compliance role, OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a Corporate Compliance role.
+ Experience working simultaneously on a wide range of projects as part of a team, ensuring deadlines are prioritized and met.
+ Experience working in a dynamic environment.
+ Experience working on corporate compliance program development and implementation.
+ Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
+ Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors.
+ At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience working in a corporate compliance role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 8 years of experience working in a corporate compliance role
+ Experience working with an ABAC Program, including developing policies, procedures and training materials.
+ Experience working on or leading ABAC due diligence platform development and oversight
+ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high grown, rapidly evolving workplace.
