Job Summary

Direct the stage — where service becomes performance. Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. The Front of House Manager will ensure seamless service flow, team engagement, and five-star guest moments.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years in front-of-house leadership

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

+ POS and floor operations knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage daily floor operations

+ Train and mentor front-of-house staff

+ Handle guest feedback and satisfaction

+ Support special events and VIP service

+ Collaborate with culinary and HR teams
