    ### Job Duties

    Assist clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping).

     

    Provide companionship and support for community outings and activities.

     

    Follow individual care plans to promote independence and safety.

     

    Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

     

    Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Must be at least 18 years old.

     

    High school diploma or GED (preferred).

     

    Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

     

    Ability to pass background checks as required by DHS.

     

    Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.

     

    Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
