### Job Duties

Work with domestic and international suppliers to ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality standards for castings, forgings, machined parts, stamped, plastic injection and any other related components. Evaluate new manufacturing processes and suggest cost-effective improvements. Troubleshoot technical issues in materials, machining tolerances, and component performance. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational mechanics to ensure part integrity. Recommend design improvements for manufacturability and performance enhancement. Review engineering drawings and tolerances for compliance with customer requirements. Build gauges, fixtures, and functional tools using 3D printing technology to support inspection and manufacturing needs. Lead ISO 9000 implementation and establish standardized quality procedures. Conduct failure analysis, structural assessments, and material evaluations for sourced components. Develop inspection protocols and verification standards for incoming parts. Oversee warehouse part inspections to maintain quality standards. Assist in inventory management and logistics coordination to improve efficiency. Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve technical and engineering challenges.

### Minimum Education Required

Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automative Engineering or a closely related field. Master’s degree must demonstrate course work in

Structural Design, Design optimization and Computational Methods.
