Harborview Medical Center (HMC) has an outstanding leadership opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) for Harborview’s – Nursing Support Program Operations.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work on the management team to support a diverse group of programs focused on supporting nursing activities throughout PCS, AACS, SEICS. The supported areas include but are not limited to:
• Harborview Medical Center Nursing support float pool supporting daily needs of nursing support roles across the hospital including PCTs, patient monitors and transportation.
• Patient Transportation: Contribute to the transportation-related patient experience and support the growth of the centralized transportation program; ensuring that patients across the hospital receive the assistance they need in getting where they need to go, comfortably, safely and on time.
• Work with a team to effectively implement adoption of new technologies to match clinical need with patient transportation needs.
• Assist in the oversight of the wheelchair fleet. Will ensure the nursing support staff deliver reliable and consistent availability.
• Assist in the oversight of the patient properties and valuable program, ensuring highest level customer service by ensuring collection, documentation and delivery of patient property.

LOCATION:
Harborview Medical Center Campus - Seattle, First Hill
REQUIREMENTS:
BSN degree in nursing.
Acute Care nursing experience.
WA State RN license.
Charge Nurse experience.
Two – three years of professional nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, unit based skills, etc.).
Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum:
$98,448.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$178,824.00 annual
