We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development of a new service product designed to strengthen our aftermarket business. This role is pivotal in connecting our Service Business Unit (SBU) team with the broader Applied Global Services (AGS) matrix organization. The ideal candidate will bring structure, urgency, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of service product initiatives.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders outside the SBU team.
+ Establish and maintain clear program milestones, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
+ Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Serve as the central point of contact for program status, escalating issues and driving resolution.
+ Evaluate delays to determine root causes—capacity vs. capability—and take corrective action.
+ Influence and energize teams without direct authority; foster a culture of ownership and execution.
+ Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, translating technical progress into business impact.
+ Create structure in ambiguous environments and ensure alignment across all program phases.
+ Support candidate screening and onboarding for related roles as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline. **Strong technical capability with program management skills.**
+ 5+ years of program management experience, **preferably in a technical or product development environment.**
+ Semiconductor industry experience is required. **Preferable in the area of technical product development.**
+ Experience with CVD tools or products is a plus but not required.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution in a matrixed organization.
+ Strong understanding of technical content development and ability to engage with engineering teams.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
+ Demonstrated experience in risk management, milestone planning, and timeline enforcement.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
+ Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
