A retired couple residing in a 4,500 sq ft home in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home while also overseeing household operations and vendors. This is a long-term role best suited for someone who brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
+ Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of a luxury home (including pool and jacuzzi areas)
+ Laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing and organization
+ Grocery shopping and pantry restocking
+ Mail and package management (UPS/FedEx/mailbox)
+ Closet and general home organization
+ Vendor and contractor oversight
+ Liaise with home maintenance company and coordinate regular services
+ Track ongoing home projects and maintenance schedules
+ Make dinner reservations and conduct light household research
+ Maintain household standards and anticipate needs
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar professional housekeeping role
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Tech-savvy; comfortable with texting, light research, and basic scheduling
+ Proactive, trustworthy, and discreet
+ Experience working in high-end homes preferred
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule: 25 hours per week
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
