    **Location:** UNILEVER, TRUMBULL - 38100080

    **Employment Type:** Part-time

    **Pay Range:** $19.26 per hour - $26.01 per hour

    **What You’ll Do:** As a Media Laboratory Technician at Sodexo, you will work in Research and Development (R&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) microbiology labs under the direct supervision of the Lead or Manager of the Sodexo Lab Services Department. The Media Laboratory Technician prepares all media, sterilizes media and equipment for requests received, and maintains the labs in a clean and orderly manner.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Growth Promotion Quality (GPQ) testing

    + Water testing

    + Inventory and ordering of media supplies

    + Sterilities/Quality Control

    + Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

    + Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

    What You Bring:

    + Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

    + Associate’s degree required, microbiology focus or related field

    + Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
