Position Description:

NETSEA Technologies is seeking to fill multiple System Engineer positions in anticipation of a contract award. These roles offer exciting opportunities to contribute to mission-critical projects across various departments. Responsibilities:

+ Support the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and sustainment.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine system architectures and specifications.

+ Interface with Army stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and mission requirements.

+ Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

+ Prepare technical documentation, including system design descriptions, interface control documents, and test plans.

+ Participate in configuration management and change control processes.

+ Be responsible for engineering design, development, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance.

+ Provide technical support in equipment labs.

+ Support technology insertion testing relative to emerging requirements and capabilities.

Hours: Normal business hours Monday - Friday

Travel: This position involves approximately 25% travel. Provide technical expertise at field locations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BS in Engineering (Preferred), Testing, or a related field.

+ A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related tactical system engineering experience. Alternatively, BS may be substituted with an additional 7 years of related experience performing tactical system engineering functions.

+ Experience supporting DoD or Army systems engineering efforts.

+ Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes (e.g., INCOSE, DoD 5000).

+ Proficiency in tools used for modeling and requirements management platforms.

+ Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Advanced degree in a relevant field.

+ Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP, PMP, ITIL).

+ Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

+ Familiarity with Army acquisition processes and technical standards.

Additional Information:

+ Positions are contingent upon contract award.

+ DOD Secret Security clearance is required.
