    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Quality Control Assistants** for projects located in the **Woodland, WA area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$33-40/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Quality Control Assistant and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Ensure that all precast concrete products meet required specifications and quality standards through active inspections, material testing, and production monitoring

    + Perform concrete testing, including: Slump, Air Content, Compressive Strength

    + Monitor and support the full production process, from raw material intake through curing.

    + Ensure consistent quality control at all stages

    + Use computers and tablets for entering test results and reports

    Requirements

    + Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel)

    + ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification preferred or willingness to obtain

    + Familiarity with WSDOT QC 6 Standard Practice for plant approval and documentation

    + 5+ years working in precast concrete
